The Tattersalls Ascot Yearling Sale 2019 built on it's two previous years with an increased number of buyers both foreign and domestic. Tattersalls have clearly made a great effort which resulted in a positive sale for most. We really feel that the future of this sale is bright as it continues to provide winners on the big stage.
We were delighted to become the leading vendor of the sale with our average being significantly higher than the overall sale average and only just missing out on the top lot with our Starspangledbanner filly (pictured) from Rob Haim selling for £40,000. She will go into training with Richard Hannon and we hope to see her back at Ascot in June!
We were also pleased to sell a smart Pearl Secret colt excellently pinhooked by Suzy Sands who went from a £5,500 foal to a £30,000 yearling. Well done to all connections!
